What a grape day sounds like

Discover the Wunderbar world of a German Christmas market Starting from Mainz we are not far from the stunning Rhein valley and its historic wine villages along the Rhine . We will take a Riesling road trip along the Rhein passing vineyard views and Rhein romantic villages as it curves its way down to Rüdesheim am Rhein. Along the way, we will stop at an 800 year old Schloss winery in the Rheingau focused on Riesling. We will then stop at a smaller boutique winery with many opportunities to swirl, sniff and slurp German Sparkling, mostly dry Riesling and other top varieties in personal tasting. With all those tastings we will need to stay balanced with a stop to try local tasty treats at a small village Christmas market. Tour Highlights: * Hotel pick up and drop off Mainz area. Additional pick up fee may be requested from Frankfurt * 2 wine-tastings ( Tasting at historical Riesling winery, Tasting at smaller boutique winery with Riesling, Pinot & sparkling ) * Christmas market street food tour.
